I haven't seen confirmation one way or the other, but apparently Wiltfong from 247 is saying WR Braylon James of Del Valle is making a commitment this weekend.

Notre Dame has been the perceived favorite, but that's interesting timing considering he was on campus last weekend and probably hung out with Manning.

Makes sense. There are some behind the scenes who are saying Manning has committed. Could be that James heard or was told the same thing and wants to get in while he can.

He will be back in Austin this weekend, the UT coaches have a lot of momentum and there is a chance to make a bigger move with him once he's on campus.

Sounds like we're close to landing Burrell. Thats a big get at a need position.

Good class with that commitment.

Add Gullette and you've got an awesome duo at LB. Thats huge.

Land those two plus Anthony Hill, and you're talking incredible haul at a need position.

Thats a lot of confidence.  Unable to see this as an indicator for Manning. I would imagine Randle was offered to help with the decision of Manning. But Randle would probably take the best offer he could get I would imagine.
