2022 Texas Portal News

I, for one, am glad its not out everywhere. The last three regimes were pretty leaky with the info. This one is a tighter ship.
I was actually kidding about keeping us informed.  I actually like the tight ship being run right now.  Means they're doing their homework and evaluations on guys and not just signing anyone.  At least that's what I hope is going on.

The WR that won the dumbass best WR award. Thought he was a 2-3 star player when he signed with Pitt.

No, we need to develop our high 3 stars, 4 stars, and get some 5 stars at the position and development of these guys.

That why I said everyone needs to slow down on his leaving in a year. If Marion really wanted to be an OC then he should've gone on to Temple to be the OC for Stan.

Think even he knows and understands that whether small college, division III, division II, group of 5 colleges and power 5 colleges has levels and while Pitt is a P5, they aren't Texas.

Are you talking about Jordan Addison who won the Fred Biletnikoff this year? If so, he was a 4 star in the 247 Composite and was ranked as the 275th player in the nation.

Exacty. And you don't just want someone to fill up roster space. So many in the portal did not do well at their previous gig and probably won't do well in their next gig. We had several of those this year.

OU 247 saying QB Caleb Williams and his family will meet with OU coaches soon about his future, but they're expecting him to leave.

If he does portal, they think WR Mario Williams will be close behind.
