Bond has a Texas offer and scheduled an official visit, but not expecting this to be the good guys.

Committed to Florida.

I have my eye on Jones from El Paso, but it is interesting to me that they let Gatson schedule an official visit the weekend before Jones.

That shows some urgency from Gatson, but not sure if the staff takes him during the summer.

Coach Drayton has had Jones on his board for a long time.

So for RB2 the board is Jones > Citizen > Gatson? Is that how we think the staff ranks them?

Well I guess you can say that about anything no matter how bad things are. I heard he would be a day one starter and he has the talent to play in the NFL. Big loss.
Potentially. But we do have other transfer LBs and he would only be here for a year.

Rivals is saying Texas is way out in front for Gatson now that they've offered, which isn't a huge shock considering how quickly he set up his official AND for the first weekend in June.

We'll just have to see if the coaches are in a hurry to get their RB2 in the class.

Per TFB, a mystery LB who is considering entering the portal made a visit to Austin over the weekend.

If he does decide to transfer, Texas is the likely landing spot.

Based on that site's ties to OU, the rumor is it's former five-star Drew Sanders from Denton Ryan as he's been unhappy at Alabama.

Farrell from Rivals said today Sanders confirmed he's staying at Bama.

LB is our most needed position. Losing the guy who I have heard others said would be the best is a loss.

A LB with NFL talent for one year is fine with me.  The reason I heard he's leaving UCS is that he didn't get along with Todd Orlando which is fine in my book.

I hope we can get Drew Sanders.
