Some of those sacks were on the RBs (not picking up the blitz), some on the OL and some were on Sam. Even though the ou DBs were holding the Texas WRs most the game, he has to throw the ball away rather than take a 7 to 8 yard sack.

Hudson Card injured his foot and is out for the rest of the year. Sad for him. Hopefully it is nothing that lingers into the spring.

The Kansas game will be a big game, recruiting wise. Alfred Collins will be taking his last OV and will either decide during or sometime after the game. We're good here but need to remove all doubt in this visit.

• Bru McCoy had stayed

• Jordan Wittington was healthy

• DeGabriel Floyd was healthy

• The RB Brown from Georgia was healthy

That's a lot of weapons we don't have, won't have (McCoy), likely never have (RB). Haven't seen anything on this, but hoping that Wittington plays just 4 games and redshirts.

I don't know what kind of effect McCoy would have had other than additional hype. He's a talented, but green, wr. Hard to say.

I do think the last three are pretty significant. Floyd was going to be a monster. I hope he and Brown are able to return and play.

He had a Texas offer from long ago and he visited a few times, but nothing much developed.
