Cain Saunders one both or none. If Texas had landed Dobbins or Eno this talk would be over. Proabily the

same next year for Evans and another top back. That being said give enough talented OL to bring team total to 17

What hurts the most is that both Dobbins and Eno could have been had if things would have been handled better. Carter being a bust hurts even more in the case of Eno in particular.

The SEC has a long history of paying players. To deny it’s still going on would be ridiculous.

Alabama, Georgia. Tennessee and Florida aren't paying because they are who they are...  They like LSU are going to get their in-state players anyway.

Aggy, on the other hand, has a long and sordid history of cheating and their low self-esteem drives them to cheat.

It seems to me that the people saying no way about Sanders (and Bru to some extent) are doing so from an emotional place whereas the people feeling like we have a decent shot are following the reporting. Even the reporting that says no way seems to be saying no way because that would be "shocking" not because of any scuttlebutt.

It’s a ton to write, but in Dobbins’ case they could have had him in the boat really early and then they did a terrible job of pitching him throughout the cycle once he decided to commit to OSU. 

Eno wanted a Texas offer badly and once he got it was likely Austin bound, but then the stuff changed with Carter and the staff opted to prioritize him more. Eno still could have committed to Texas, but he definitely didn’t feel prioritized and relationships are key in Recruiting.

Texas did a hell of a job to even make this one close. USC had built in advtanges from the beginning that were going to be tough to beat.

No doubt. I will never fault the staff on this one. Needed a lot of things to fall right and they were for a while. USC had a bad year. Helton being retained probably didn't hurt but the hire of KK probably sealed the deal. Bru was looking for a reason to stay home. USC gave him one.

Seeing chatter that Braeden Mowery wont sign with aggy this week and could get "processed" out by Jimbo.  Also seeing talk of grade risk ( 1st time I've seen this mentioned with him ).  IT has also hinted thar he may take an OV in January.  Lets see how this one plays out.
