Bru McCoy would alleviate the Garrett Wilson sting.

Also, I think McCoy and Washington commits close the door on Higgins 

Jake Smith helped with Wilson. Bru McCoy would be in a class all of its own for several reasons.

There won’t be anything happening immediately. Like I said before, if Texas stays the course then things will take care of itself in recruiting. Kids are excited.

Where would you predict this class finishing out based off what you have seen this season and looking ahead?

I've heard we'll get a commit this week - 2019 class.

However, I'm still waiting for a call back from the person I normally talk to.

Jake Smith needs to be given his 5th star. Seriously. @Daniel Seahorn you should put a bug in the ears of some of the people in the business. The kid has scored more TDs than many teams have. He seldom plays a complete game and still puts up numbers that make your head spin.

Getting Bru McCoy would be so delicious. Its obvious we're continuing to be in his head and USC isn't making any noise. Helton's job is getting increasingly hot.

Sanders would make this class just sick. I thought for a long time it was a pipe dream. Not so. His visit left a lasting impression. And staff has done a good job of staying on him since then. Noting eminent I'm sure, but to be in this position at this point in the season is pretty remarkable.

IT thinks things could pick up with Marcus Stripling because aggy and ou are getting tired waiting on him.

this would be amazing. imo, he is the best DE/4i in state. Leal has better size and is good also but i feel Stripling is more disruptive. 6-2.5 compared to 6-4. MS is a bad ass prospect.

Demas is another story, but I really dont see how UT can take Wright if they land Bru McCoy and Washington.  5 WRs is a lot for one class (Whittington, Smith, Houston, Washington, and McCoy).
