SignUp Now!Agreed. Strong and his staff just need to keep working it.As we have learned it's still way to early in the game...
EXACTLY my thoughts on the 2015 class. There is plenty of time to turn that kid. I bet Texas gets a visit before it is said and done.
Very well put....Lets win all our games for 2014-2015. HOOK'EM, OU sucks and break the thumbs off them aggys.
And once Mack got situated, we flipped a lot of them. I believe once Charlie Strong gets established and has a season under his belt to point at, he is going to be able to flip his share too. There's plenty of time, but what are the chances their commits flip to Texas (we use the plenty of time thing every time someone commits to them now)?
Mack is a better recruiter than Strong, imo. He might not be a great Xs and Os guy, but he was definitely better than most in the living room. And once Mack got situated, we flipped a lot of them. Bingo. Why I'm not even worried about 2015 recruits until about half way through the season. Right now you just establish connections/relationships, but kids committing this early means absolutely nothing. A 7-5 season next year from A&M, and they will start dropping like flies. Winning may not be everything, but it's the most important piece IMO. Mack was already rumored late in the season as questioning if he committed too early. I've posted multiple times over at OB that Mack is going to eventually jump ship after a mediocre season next year, and I stand by that. A&M has momentum, but you eventually have to win to keep that momentum. With the Manziel hype gone winning is going to be critical for Sumlin next year. He'll decommit after D Mack leaves for LSU and TAMU goes 7-5
