Think Higs is talking about Fowler?

The guy he moved above his line to the "silent" or safe category

There is some chatter out there that he was not fully sold on that last trip to LSU

Higs has amended this to say there are now 22 in now (up one)

So, 8 silents.  I guess one of the guys below the line have moved up above the line
Note - he did have Irv Smith below the line
