If CDC is really considering this, my opinion of him will take a serious hit.

I'm not sure if CDC was ever interested or is now. I just recall the familiar flurry of Cap articles before Beard was hired. I find that curious.

My last comment about Beard. What if the charges are dropped and Beard is hired by a middling school this spring where he goes on to build a yearly tournament participant? We will be kicking ourselves in the ass. CDC bowed to pressure from somewhere. If he felt the Beard situation was untenable wouldn't he have canned him earlier?

Do you really believe he was innocent of everything?  He wasn’t drunk and he bit her. That’s all I needed to know. I was raised to not act like a toddler. And not to lay a hand on a woman. He did both.

The Big 12 is Murderers Row in basketball.  We are actually entering an easier basketball conference (in 2024 I think).  

And, losing Texas & OU - then adding Cincinnati, Cougar High and BYU may actually make the Big 12 stronger.

Cincy and BYU will be bottom dwellers in the big 12. Houston is obviously legit. I would say the conference might be marginally better.

Don’t look now but the SEC is up and coming in hoops. Kentucky is down but Bama is ligit and they have several higher level teams.

C'mon guys! We all know that agsy does well at some point during the season, but when it comes to crunch time, agsy does agsy things and will somehow s*it the bed. You can set your watch by it. This is a fact of life. Kinda like water is wet... Sit back and enjoy.
