Is Hoofkin projected as a OT at the next level?  For an Olineman he is fairly slender and athletic making him perfect for the outside.  

Also, have there been any indications as to the health or status of Patrick Hudson for next year?  Is he most likely done?  If so, are there any interior OL the Horns are working on? JUCO maybe?  I figured Angilau would take Vahes spot and Kerstetter would slide to El Rods, but depth is a concern after that.

Yes on Hookfin at tackle. 

No official word on Hudson yet, but haven’t heard anything that he is done playing football. 

Numbers are getting tight so I doubt we see many more OL names pop up unless they are no brainers. The staff has a JUCO option in Cunningham who is probably a swing guy (G/T).

I said the other day that it wasn’t the bat signal. Only one is outstanding currently.

I don't think McCoy waits to see the end of the season. I think he's seen enough. What would a visit change now? He may take that visit, but I think the situation is laid out for him.
