OB says we are trying to get RB Eno Benjamin on campus this weekend since he is an EE



Eno Benjamin: As most know by now, Texas offered Wylie East (TX) RB Eno Benjamin this morning. Benjamin is an early enrollee and plans to commit at the Army Game on January 7th so this weekend will be the final one for him to take a visit. I was told Benjamin and his family will be in Arizona this weekend visiting relatives, so the Texas staff is going to try and get him on campus tomorrow. Texas’ biggest competition for Benjamin is Arizona State, because they’ve been recruiting him longer than Texas and because he has family out in AZ. – (Andrew)

Weekend Visitor: I am told that Texas is expecting to host an in-state lineman this weekend who is currently committed to another school. Since the player is committed to another school we will wait to get confirmation from him as to whether we can divulge his name. I hope to have more on this tomorrow. – (Super K)
