If anything, the loss they suffered will make them hungrier. If we win, no SEC championship and no CFP for them.

I would imagine the loss to Auburn created some serious doubt in that team. Can they get past it, mentally? How did that happen? Are we not as good as we thought we were?

Different teams respond differently to adversity. Hopefully they curl into a ball feeling sorry for themselves, but that's not likely. I expect aggy will be ready, hopefully it won't matter.

Nah when ags lose to Auburn they are ready to claim another false national title.

Even Google Gemini AI has got it figured out

When someone says "aggies claim a national title but didn't win a national title," it means that the Texas A&M aggies, often simply called "aggies," are stating they won a national championship, but according to recognized records, they did NOT actually win the championship in that specific sport, usually referring to a situation where they may have been considered by some to be the top teams based on their season performance but did not win the official title game."

Key points about this situation:

No official recognition:
Even if the aggies claim a national title, if they didn't win the official championship game, it is not considered a legitimate national championship by most sports organizations.

Contentious debate:
Sometimes, claiming a national title without officially winning it can lead to debate and controversy among fans and sports analysts, especially when different ranking systems are used to determine who is the "best" team.

Example: Recently, the Texas A&M baseball team reached the College World Series finals but lost the final game, meaning they "claimed" a national title by reaching the final but did not actually "win" the national championship.

Interesting note. Per Google AI
A recent discovery has shown that in 1925, UT football coach “Doc” Stewart ordered uniforms in a darker shade of orange that wouldn't fade, and would later become known as “burnt orange” or “Texas Orange.” The dark-orange color remained in use into the 1940s, when shortages during World War II made the dye unavailable.

How we feeling about this rematch Saturday?

Very hard to beat a good team twice in a season.

That fact always broke my heart, as a young Cowboys fan in the 70s when the hated Redskins and my Cowboys would almost always split their series each year.

Agreed. I think it’ll be close. We played the moment up too big the first time and it took us too long to settle down. I think we are ready for a dog fight!

We can definitely play better than we did first game.
I think we win in a close one. 27-24.
I also think we will play them again in the playoffs.
