Recruit Profile: Travis Jones

[Matt Cotcher]

Here's Kylie's exclusive interview with Travis Jones....

[Lukus Alderman]

Nice interview. When he says he was surprised about where he was drafted, did he feel he should have been drafted higher?

[Donald Boyles]

Y'all are going to enjoy watching this young man play the game!. Blake Goins told me that Jones was the best baseball player that he has ever seen!

Now if we could just do something about those bats...

[Kylie Hopkins]

Nice interview. When he says he was surprised about where he was drafted, did he feel he should have been drafted higher?

He was surprised about being drafted by the Rangers, not necessarily about what place he was drafted in. Since the Rangers are a team that he's looking to play for, he was happy that he was given the opportunity.
