You posted something similar to this on another board but most of your list was post-1990. At that time, I compiled a list of my top 10 UT games from 1990 and before.

1. 1969 Arkansas

2. 1963 Cotton Bowl (Navy)

3. 1964 Orange Bowl (Bama)

4. 1969 Cotton Bowl ( ND)

5. 1963 OU (1v.2)

6. 1977 aggy

7. 1990 UH

8. 1977 OU

9. 1983 SMU

10. 1962 Arkansas.

Of course, the '05 Rose Bowl is #1 all-time.

My list here only includes 4 games from the Mack era. . .one from Johnny Mon. . . . one from Freddie and the rest from DKR. . . 

But certainly there were some great games I did not list. . . 

I did not start watching football until 6 Dec 1969 . ..so I will confess to a post 1969 bias. . .

I didn't attend UT and pay attention to UT football until 2000. I will post my top 10 in a bit. Take it easy guys.

I just double checked and that post was titled "top 20 games in the last 20 years."

So, naturally there were no games listed before 1994.

7. Texas @ Arkansas - 2004: Grinding win. Big game by Benson.

8. Texas vs Washington - 2001 Holiday Bowl: MAJOR 

9. Texas vs Ohio State - 2009 Fiesta Bowl: Great comeback by McCoy

10. Texas vs Nebraska - 2009 Big 12 CG: Paved way to another MNC game.
