On my post, I was just comparing d-line rotations. They were gassed in the 4th, and our d-line was still coming strong.

One thing I hated rewatching the game was the idiot doing the repetitive whistling. That's almost annoying as a cowbell.

Watching it again also. Its amazing how long it took the Texas offense to get going. If Wingo or Cam held on it would have been a little better, but still it seems like we didn't settle in until 23-3

We all would have loved to see a better first three quarters, but Texas might not have won if the game played out differently.

Well, we did leave 14 points on the field in the first half. The TD that was dropped and the pass Coleman had pop off his chest and got intercepted.

Wingo catches that ball, 7 pts. Coleman hangs on, another 7 a play or two later.

One question I have after rewatching the game......on the play just before we scored the winning touchdown, the ball was fumbled...at least it looked like a fumble. What happened?....was it whistled dead?... I never heard what happened.

I saw that also. It seemed like a while after the play, the ball trickles free and Arch picked it up and stepped in the end zone. I'm thinking the play was reviewed for both fumble (we saw the beanbag tossed into the pile) and touchdown, but nothing could be determined in that mass of humanity.

You couldn't tell if he was already down, across the goal line or still up and in the field of play. Arch did end up with the ball. The refs ruled he was down to begin with and there wasn't any indisputable evidence to over turn the call. Too big of a scrum.
