Sark has announced that Texas is 100% healthy heading into Fall Camp, just days away now. That's the first time we've been healthy like this in a while.

That is good to hear, However, Sark lied. I would say 99% healthy. The IOL from Georgetown, Scherer???, is recovering from a ACL and will miss the season

I hate pre season predictions, particularly ones that put TX on top.

We don't need an even bigger target on our backs, or any rat poison.

That would be KJ Lacey, RS Soph. A tad undersized, but he is cool as a cucumber, very good passer, and can run though he's a pass-first kind of QB. Behind him is Dia Bell (tru frosh), whom I believe has passed the portal addition guy on the depth chart. Dia Bell is going to be a great QB. But he'll have to beat Lacey to get there.

Well, Bell was a 5-star, so kind of expect him to be better than the portal who is average at best. Lacey redshirted last year so he had a step up on Bell this spring.

Lacey reminds me of James Brown, but perhaps a bit more polished in his footwork. He has the same approach Brown seemed to have. All business.

As far as QB competitions, not as much down the depth chart as it's been for #1 and #2 QBs, such as Applewhite and Simms. But we've also had some 1s and 2s who just weren't that good.

Sha....While Street was Bradley's backup, there was never a discussion of ....uh ....controversy...or maybe Street oughtt to get a shot. It was more a question of "tuning " the new wishbone offense. The fullback got moved a step back and they tried Street simply because he seemed to understand the offense better than Bradley. Bradley seemed to have no hard feelings as he got to move safety and become AA and then All Pro theere.
