Hey! The town of Post and Post cereals are named for the same guy. If they’re not the Fighting Toasties, they should be.
From what I read the UIL seems to think someone other than the family paid for the move to Duncanville. One of the biggest storylines in Texas high school football just took a major turn.
2029 QB Bryson Kennedy has reportedly been ruled ineligible for the 2026/27 season after transferring to Duncanville High School from an out of state school. The highly touted freshman phenom was expected to compete for the starting job and had already built national attention with multiple SEC offers before ever taking a varsity snap in Texas.
No matter how you look at it, this changes the entire landscape for Duncanville heading into the season. Bryson is one of the most talented young quarterbacks in the country, and fans across Texas were ready to see what he could do under the lights in TXHSFB.
Oh my goodness now that's quite a bit of major movesI think this is for North and East Texas.
Several Texas high school football programs have announced head coaching changes for the upcoming season. Here's a summary of some notable moves: Birdville saw Lon Holbrook transition to an administrative role, with Chris Smith taking over as head coach. Hillcrest moved on from Jacob Ramon, and Adrian Madise was named the new head coach. Keller Timber Creek promoted Austin Kaehn to head coach after the previous coach joined Lovejoy. Lovejoy also saw a major change, with Todd Dodge replacing Chris Ross. McKinney hired Nate Leonard from New Braunfels Canyon to lead their program. Ennis replaced legendary coach Sam Harrell with Don Drake, the district's athletic director. Linden-Kildare experienced a tumultuous week with multiple coaching changes, ultimately naming JD Russell as interim head coach.

Their non-district games are tougher than TT's non-conference games.
Careful! Tech will rearrange it's schedule to play SOC to prove they are manly.Their non-district games are tougher than TT's non-conference games.
The Big 12 is glad they are not in that district.
