The Texas women paid aggy back with a dominating 80-35 win.

How dominating was it you ask?
Texas led at the half 34-24 so aggy scored 1 more point total than Texas had in the first half.
aggy scored 3 points in the 3rd quarter, 3.
Texas played the 4th quarter with all bench players and outscored aggy 23-8. In fairness, aggy had a lot of bench players on the court also but I did see a starter or 2 for them during that time span.

Nice win ladies! 🤘

I guess we don't have anyone else to play other than Wilcher? That dude got 2 shots blocked for run outs... and a Flagrant 1 on the last one.

And Texas falls to Kentucky tonight, 85-80

Texas falls to 11-8 while Kentucky moves to 13-6

Swain had 29 points. Vokeitattis had 15 pts and 11 rbs.Mark had 12 pts and Weaver had 14.

Texas shot 47% from the field whle Kentucky was 43%.

Texas' only hit on 11% frrom the three while Kentucky hit on 28%

Both teams had 8 turnovers.

Just cannot close out games. Always seem to falter towards the end of the 2nd period. Frustrating in that there isn't much change from last year.

Miller was forced to tighten up his rotation and I think some of our players are running out of gas late. No excuse though to not be in better shape to go for 40 minutes. I get the filling Miller is really unhappy with the bottom half of this roster.

If you saw his comments after the game, you'd know your feeling is correct.

Kentucky shot 35 FTs to our 20. As Miller stated, that's on our players, not the officials even though there were a couple of iffy calls but that happens every game.

The flagrant foul, not the smartest decision, on Wilcher was the turning point of the game. Instead of giving up a layup, it led to 4-point swing and turned momentum to Kentucky along with getting the crowd more involved.

Glad to see Weaver getting the minutes he did last night. I wish we could clone that young man.

I've not seen Wilcher do anything but miss shots and turn the ball over... admittedly, I have not watched all the games this year, but I don't understand why he is consistently on the floor.

Horns win big at home vs Georgia, 87-67!

It was a tale of 2 halves. At half Georgia held a 37-30 lead however the Horns came out smoking to eventually take the lead and expand it to 23 I believe at one point. Of course, it doesn't hurt when you're shooting ~70% from the field during the 2nd half!

Swain led the Horns with 26 and Mark added 23. The defense also held the nation's leading scoring team to 67 total points, their lowest total of the season!

Next game is on the road at Auburn. 🤘

Awesome win for the team. Hopefully, they’ll become consistent and also not wear down as the season goes along (thanks to the short bench)
