2026 PORTAL

The DE from Oklahoma State way overplayed his hand. Texas and Tech both told him to pound sand. K State was his best offer so he took iit.

Wasn't the rule that you wanted 12-15 lineman on your roster. Are we going to be able to field 10 ?
If the season began tomorrow, here is our OL (my guess):

RT Cojoe Jr
RG Baker So
C Robertson Sr
LG *Sikorski So (*See Below)
LT Goosby Jr

LG is actually the winner of the Spring / Fall training camp battle between: Coleman, Coleman (brother), Kibble, Christian, Chatman.... and yes, Sikorski. The remaining bodies create our second team / depth.

LG is the problem spot, otherwise, the starting lineup is very good. Remember, Cojoe very-well may have started this past season at RT if not for his fall-camp injury. There was a real battle between he and Baker for RT. Sikorski was a nice addition, but I don't think the master-plan is for him to start this season. The plan was likely for him to be quality depth and to compete for a starting spot next season.

Portal additions would most likely change RT and LG above.

But do you really want to trust your offenses success on Cojoe coming back fully healthy from that injury so quickly? Also we never saw him play. The same people spewing about how good he looked said the same thing about Connor Stroh...

That LG competition leaves me extremely uninspired. I fully believe we still need 2 more transfers on the OL

Ha... good points.

Cojoe, as I remember things, looked to be beating Baker out for RT. Baker, subsequently, played pretty well this year. That is something.

I agree. Two at least.
