Xavier Worthy Arrested in Williamson County

More

"The complainant further destroyed a room in the residence, scratched Mr. Worthy's face and ripped out parts of his hair, which there is photographic evidence of. "

Williamson County has not filed charges, for now. Still collecting information, evidence.

Local news is reporting Williamson County has dropped the charges.

Not meant to defend "X" but, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

According to information by X’s lawyer, she was the one who was stepping out and playing the field. They stated they have it on video.

On one hand you have these "entitled" kids and on the other hand you have others who try to take advantage of them. Each case is different but in this country a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, not public opinion.

Not quite true. You can be guilty in the court of public opinion, be found not guilty in court, and be guilty as hell all at the same time. Court only dishes out a sentence if beyond a reasonable doubt. I’m sure all of us can think of one instance or another where a guilty individual got away with a crime.

It doesn’t sound like X is guilty in this instance.
But he was arrested, and had his name tarnished.
Lots of bad people out there.
Hope he is more careful

In unrelated news, I drank some OJ with breakfast this morning.
