What are the odds that six massage therapists say the same thing? Coincidence? Coordinated? Or damning evidence?

It doesn’t sound good for him. The odd thing is it’s for behavior between 2012 and 2016. Why now, 9 years after the most recent complaint? Maybe it statute of limitations related

I received my bi-annual Texas Football magazine (winter edition) today. After looking at it for a few minutes, I tossed it.

It was a pretty long listing of 2025 prospects but did not mention who they signed with or even their height/weight. Just a couple of bland sentences for each one. Only a short listing of 2026 and 2027 prospects.

If I had to guess, I'd say this magazine's production was completed back in July of 2024. Unfortunately, the entire thing seemed pointless.

I've cancelled my sub to Texas Football.

It is no mystery that sexual assault victims have a very hard time reporting such incidents. There are ample examples of this in the sports world alone. Look at how long it took for information about Larry Nasser who sexually assaulted female gymnasts to come out.

I know the difficulty women have with reporting this type of activity, as I have somewhat counseled them through prior church ministry. Being a male, it wasn't completely my place.
After my wife and I were married for just over 3 years, she realized the ghost from her past was that a cousin and a grandfather molested her as a child. The grandfather has passed on. The cousin was confronted but he was a completely different person than who he was back as a teenage boy. A looooonnngg time had passed. He was regretful and apologized. We chose to forgive and move on.
Do I believe the story? Nope...but I will hold off final judgment. Where there is enough smoke... IMO, There is a huge difference in these adult massage therapists and the young victims of Larry Nasser who possibly have a more difficult time understanding what happened to them.

Tucker always seemed like a good guy. I had an english class with him and we were in a small discussion group together. I know he was involved in the church. I do hope as details emerge he is exonerated.

Give me a break. smh. Taking 9 years to report ANY CRIME deserves scrutiny. For every case you cite such as in your post, I can find a dozen more false accusations made years after the fact, and was done so because there would be no expectation of evidence available.

You should hold off on the high and mighty stuff.

Sexual assault is a uniquely challenging crime to report compared to say, theft.

Victims feel shame, doubt, fear and know that people will immediately question the legitimacy of the report (see your post above for evidence of this).

I let a lot of stuff go on here but trust me, I'll call out anyone caping for men accused of domestic violence of sexual assault.

I was once married to a woman with whom I had three boys. After 7 years, we became divorced. I watched for three years, saw my kids in chaos and instability, so I decided to sue for custody.

After a few months of filing my suit and inital hearings, my ex unleashed a 500 lb gorilla into the case by accusing me of molesting my kids (ages 3, 4 and 5). She literally coached my kids to recite the things she would say to make it more believable.

In response, I was forced to undergo testing, the type of which is highly embarrassing and uncomfortable, to determine whether or not I had pedophlie type tendencies. They put you into a booth and hook up all kinds of electronic devices to your body and then they pop up images of young kids (male and female) in sexually suggestive poses, recording your reaction much like a polygraph does. This goes on for about 1.5 hours. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever had to endure.

I also submitted myself to a polygraph.

I passed both and my kids could not name a specific instance where I did anything wrong.

This topic has many sides that you aren't considering, for whatever reason. I became a victim of the very approach you're trying to advocate.

I am NOT in favor of taking action against others in any way whatsoever UNTIL the accuser has established her/his accusation as truth. A polygraph goes a long way in doing that. She/he passes that, then you have a case. Without it, you're moving on assumption.

It sounds like statute of limitations will keep this out of criminal proceedings but it could go to a civil case. If that's the case, we may get some factual information beyond the current he said she (6 of them) said.

Reading through that story is pretty convincing though. Similar stories from different therapist at different massage centers.

Reading the article, seems like several of the therapists shared their stories with managers and other employees at the time. So besides the therapists there are other people who were informed shortly after the incidents, that could provide useful testimony.

Because of statute of limitations there can't be a criminal trial. Assuming the stories are true it all seems very embarrassing tor Justin, and messed up, but on the other hand I have a hard time believing that the incidents described would have been traumatizing enough to justify any large judgment in a lawsuit.
