Anyone else notice that Sark has dropped some weight? I know he and Loreal are getting divorced but kudos to him on looking better and hopefully getting healthier. She was at the CSU game and I hope it isnt a distraction for him.

He is definitely looking more svelte this season. Good sign that he is taking care of himself physically and likely mentally as well. Coaches can lead really unhealthy lifestyles and get burnt out.

Loreal was at the game and there were social media posts shared that showed the two interacting and talking about how she had dressed him for the game. It seems clear that the two are both still very close friends and the split was as amicable as they presented it to be.

I thought the same thing, but realized I saw him just after seeing Elko so I thought it was relative.

Anyway, good for Sark.
