I hope this is good weight. As long as it doesn't affect his mental acuity, no issues

How does gaining a few pounds affect your mental acuity?

I was a QB. Over the course of one summer, I added 20 pounds. It was a tremendous help because I was stronger and could take hits better. But that was physical, not mental. So I don't get what you're saying.

The updated roster was made public today. Did anyone see that Cam Williams is down to 320 now? WOW

A small part of Hamilton's post on the defensive personnel's weight changes. The number in parethesis is the amount of weight gained from last time they were weighed.

The DTs
  • Alfred Collins – 320 pounds (+3)
  • Vernon Broughton – 305 pounds (+14)
  • Aaron Bryant – 305 pounds (+3)
  • Jaray Bledsoe – 291 pounds (+17)
Freshman Melvin Hills checked in at 305. He was 270 when we got his commitment.

Sydir Mitchell is down to 350. lol

Down to 350 is good for Mitchell. If nothing else, shows that he is doing the work to move the needle in the right direction. It's been a roller coaster for him but if he can remain consistent with it he could really be something.
