How much turnover was there in the Michigan coaching staff? That will make the difference in how successful they will be.

Denying the Alamo Bowl (and by proxy the Big 12) access to Texas and OU gives another middle finger to Brett Yormark and his idiot mouthpiece at last years Big 12 meeting.

I see it a bit differently. The Alamo bowl is getting a bad deal with the conference
realignments. I would guess they knew that the SEC bowl tie ins were very unlikely to agree, but figured they may as well ask.
It's all business with everyone looking out for themselves, so I don't think this has anything to do with any payback to Yormark.
