Iowa State's OL is atrocious. 3 DL 1 LB 5 DB's in man and 3 Safeties playing zone.
That should be a penalty on the ISU D every play. Or will the Big XII officiating crew let them get away with it just to screw the Horns?

If Blue stays focused, he can be a real contributor in the next 2 games.
hard to stay focused when he gets in every third series. I understand Sark wanting to rotate backs to keep them fresh, but a great back wants to stay in the game and keep a certain rhythm going, plus when a back breaks a long run just short of the goal line he deserves a shot at finishing the drive ,but Im just a fan what do I know

The math does not favor Texas. We need to win out and have help such as Ore St wins over Washington and Oregon, UGa over Bama, Ohio St over Mich and Louisville over Fla St. That being said, I will be disappointed if we miss the CFP, but a NY6 Bowl game would be a tremendous success for this team and Sark. Texas is one win away from my season prediction and there is no doubt in my mind Texas has a 10 win regular season.

Article out in 247 that NFL scouts saying Ewers could use another year. So what does Manning want set 2 years? How bout Malik? Sark needs change his idea of puttin on cruise after leading. Think Manning would be co tent if played sone.

My first thought is that the Manning family is true to their word. I think Murphy portals after spring training.

I don't think the timing was a coincidence with the article on Archie talking about Peyton and Eli's college trajectory, and then a few days later the rumors of Ewers staying started circulating.

Archie mentioned he preferred Eli's path of redshirting his first year, and being the back-up his second year.

This is all a best case scenario for Sark. Having an experienced QE next year while Arch backs him up for a year is ideal. Then Arch has two or three years to shine. As much potential as MM has, he may get squeezed out under the circumstances.

if you think QE plays the whole year without getting injured you're delusional, he is just a bit snakebit when it comes to injuries, seemed to be a big drop off in QB play after QE, and part of that is not lack of ability but lack of meaningful game snaps and that goes on Sark and the team for not blowing out some of the tomato cans we played

I don't think it's just QE. I don't know the percentages but lots of QB's in the Big 12 and the NFL have been injured this year. But you are right in that teams need to have a backup ready to go. Unfortunately unless you are winning blow outs, that is not easy to do.
