After a 3-week homestand at The Disch, #21 Texas hits the road to College Station to face the Aggies in a Tuesday matchup at Blue Bell Park.

The Aggies have won the last 4 matches between the two, and Texas has hasn't won at Olsen Field since 2011.

The Longhorns are riding a 14 game winning streak into tonight's game and hope to keep the streak alive behind starting pitcher Lebarron Johnson Jr. (2-1, 2.96 ERA).  The Aggies will start LHP Shane Sdao (0-0, 2.35 ERA).

The game will be televised on the SEC Network.

Texas scores first.  Get a 2 out hit from Brown and it scores 2 runs.

Texas 2-0. Starting the bottom of the 1st inning.

Texas is now up 3-1.  We did chase their starter in the top of the 3rd. Hope that we don't look back at the top of the 3rd with the would've, could've, should've had a better top of the 3rd only scoring 1 run when we had bases loaded amd no outs after scoring that run.

Top of the 8th. Texas has added a run after getting the bases loaded. The aggy pitcher hits Guilimette to add the run. 4-2 Texas.   aggy is now got the 4th pitcher in the inning?  Texas gets a 2nd run on a slow hit in the infield.

It's  5-2 Texas.

We have left something like 13/14 base runners on tonight.

From one who was there, Texas Envy was more obnoxious than usual. It didn’t help that he was sitting next to us with his wife.

I one point, my Apple Watch warned me that the decibel reader was at 95. They also have a new cheers..but as usua.  Couldn’t unfr

The arm talent on our pitching staff is STRIKE-ing. Did you see what I did there?  When / if said arm talent throws strikes, this team is formidable.

Nice to finally get a win over Aggie in baseball.

I thought the sec network broadcast was quite good.  I was expecting a Dave South-ish homer broadcast.

I still thought they were a tad homerish. Did I hear them right and mention aggy as "Texas" several times?

aggy is cute when they do their Horns sign incorrectly while losing.

On TV, the aggy sitting in the first row, third chair from homeplate on the 1st base side, what a douchbag!

@java, I didn't see any bubbles last night, did they do any? That's a stupid tradition they started in my opinion.

I thought that as well.  With that said, they were complimenting Texas a lot, but they were audibly excited when atm was trying to do something in the 8th.

Also, was it just me or did anyone else find it odd that atms uniforms said "Texas Aggies" and not Texas ATM Aggies?

I’ve had a few try to explain to me that they’ve always been the “fighting Texas Aggies”.  I asked why the dropped the A&M but can never get an answer for that.
