Texas needs to go to play action pass. There is a safety running into the box on almost every play with or without play action. Since they are selling out on the run throw until you can generate some rushing yards, just like them. Their runs are effective because they don't run much.

play action is designed to freeze the LB's and get the DB's to look in the backfield for just a second but it only works when you have a running game and without #5 they dont/won't respect play action, as someone else mentioned in an earlier post it looks like TCU all over again
