I am trying to figure out what this means? Does it mean Sark thinks Hall needs a year to mature physically or more likely mentally to succeed on the field?
the way I interpret that is Hall has no chance of seeing the field this year, so Sark is doing him a favor and not burning a year of his eligibility, wether he has a future with this program seems like a stretch at this point

Whether it is a stretch or not, I believe it is up to him. If he has the talent, then he has to commit himself to becoming the best he can be on and off the field. Otherwise expect him to hit the portal before January. Maybe the aggies will pick him up just to tell everyone they stole him from us. ?

Good point, if a transfer is a foregone conclusion, better for Hall to keep his year. Other than addition by subtraction, doesn't do Texas any favors though.

I don't think has contributed much this year, but it certainly hurts depth for the Cowboys.  Granted, interior DL usually don't have a lot of stats anyway, but i think it was fairly minimal so far.

I'm sure that you don't know as much about what is going with this deal as you think you do. Just like the rest of us.

I'm also sure that UT and OU know exactly what is going on with this deal. And that will we know when they are ready for us to know. In other words, we are on a "need to know" basis.
The new Big 12 TV deal is supposed to be announced in the next 2 weeks.

It sounds like he has a shoulder injury which has limited his playing time some this year so he has decided to rehab it in preparation for the NFL draft.

I almost expect NFL bound players to skip meaningless bowl games. But the last 5 games of the regular season? I know he is injured, but he can ride the pine and support the team. And in a real pinch, with the game on the line and his backup hurt, he could come out there a make a crucial play or two. Woke and pathetic. But I repeat myself.

does he plan on using the university facilities and medical staff in order to rehab in preparation for the draft, and is the university providing housing and meals during this time...im as generous as the next guy but lets be honest about who is picking up the tab so he can prepare to possibly make millions

In sad news, the #1 Texas volleyball team lost their first match of the season at Iowa St 3-2 this past Wednesday night.

That team hasn't faced much adversity this year, not that worst thing to give Coach Elliot something to yell about in practice. Still on track for the number 1 seed in the tourney.

Says he consulted with the coaches and medical staff.  He has an injured shoulder.  Why the assumption that he is woke and pathetic?  Could be... but that is a big jump from the information provided.

At first sight I have an inclination to agree with you, but don't know his whole story. You lost me with the woke comment . ?
