Texas vs. Colorado in the Alamo Bowl.

Texas will be without Ossai, Cosmi, Sterns, Kerstetter, Graham, and Ingram.  Am I missing anyone that played significant minutes this year?  Don't know the status of Eagles or Foster.

Xavion Alford is our freshman destined for the portal, says brainiacs. He's spoke with staff and who tried to persuade him to stay, but it didn't work. He's heading out to USC.

Wow, he was pretty highly ranked if I remember right. Was he getting passed or is it like TFloss stated above where he just wants to play with his bud or a little of both?

He wasn't getting passed, but we're pretty thick at safety.

I don't understand Ja'Quinden transferring out.  Especially with this year a rehab year for him.  Personally, he's better than Casey Thompson.  It would have been a two QB race between him and Card.  Unless he thinks Sam is coming back...

TFB's most recent update has Texas targeting Steve Sarkisian as a candidate, and he may be THE candidate.

They also feel former five-star QB Bryce Young would follow him to Austin if he was offered and accepted the job.
