That is the reason why I refrain from posting things like that because along comes Captain Ignorant. That is also why I am a big fan of @Daniel Seahorn - just the facts ma'am and let's not get ahead of ourselves postings.

I  am a huge Steelers fan as my folks are from Pittsburgh.  With that said TB only won Super Bowls because of the Steel curtain defense and the host of HOF WRs and lineman he played with.

I hated TB cause he always seemed to beat my Cowboys. I also respected his toughness and leadership. I actually liked him on Fox sports and in the couple of movies he’s been in. Now this statement is a totally different animal and TB should be put on blast for that crap remark.

No, he’s a 4 time Jim Flacco .  He was a good player, but was surrounded by HOFers and should show some humility.

I thought it was unfortunate and rather irresponsible of TB to say that. Ehlinger is a kid, a developing QB who has probably idolized TB at various points in his life.

You can be a homer and NOT dis an opposing team's QB. If anybody should realize that kids from all over the country look up to you – it should be a 4-time SB winning QB.

I've lost some respect for Bradshaw. I loved watching him play and thought he was one of the best. But that was uncalled for.

Or do you just have the little snippets from twitter???   I think it’s funny how folks are “losing respect” for playing to the crowd.  I’ll bet you money TH has already spoken to Sam on the matter and explained as such.  Some of you guys are being rather juvenile over this.  I love the Longhorns and Sam as much as the next guy but this is getting silly.

Winning 4 Super Bowls kinda makes him a social icon.  He’s known by folks who aren’t necessarily football fans.  Had he not won those he prolly wouldn’t be as recognizeable.

just A few posts up you said if he hadn’t won those 4 SBs then this wouldn’t even be a conversation so yes you are letting his social status or reputation make a difference in this.  

I just think some are making  too much of this.  It’s funny
