What are y'all hearing on Shepard?  I've heard through the grapevine that he committed to Aggy behind closed doors, but Roach just put in a CB and apparently his girl is head to Texas.

We haven’t heard anything about a silent commit to A&M. The Aggies were the favorite here, but it’s become more of a battle with Texas and Alabama being the biggest contenders. 

His gf is heading to Texas. Along with a former teammate who will be walking on if I remember correctly. 

Still haven’t heard back from the man himself, but he’s reportedly visiting tomorrow.

Someone I would keep an eye on this month is Alvin CB Marques Caldwell. He hasn’t exactly been shy about his love for Texas.

Anyone remember Parrish Cobb from a few cycles ago? Was one of the Baylor signees released from their LOI and ended up at OU after flirting with Texas. 

Cobb was sentenced to 18 years in prison after being implicated in four different robberies. The one thing I will remember was his dad wanting him to get as far away from Waco whenever he made his decision... 

Talented player, but terrible decisions off the field.

Absolutely, I am a big fan of the characters of most of the kids we are getting. Plus I think that fact that everybody from the 2018 class is going to make it in without any drama tells you a lot about the character assessments of our staff as well as the great job the "support" staff is doing behind the scenes

I do. Texas wanted him BADLY. He was one of the best corners in-state during that cycle.

That is really sad about Cobb.  18 years!  That is almost equal to the amount of time he has lived.
