Oh Aggy.

The Colts are due to file their response to the lawsuit the aggys filed back in November over Indy's use of the "12th Man" trademark by Jan 11, which is a week from this coming Monday. My guess is they files it at the end of next week. I have been talking to one of the senior staff people at Texas Monthly about the matter and he is considering an article based on the "21st Man" story that was put up on the site back in late 2013.

Let's hope the Colts come back with something interesting. It could make for some really bad press for the ags all the way up to Sharp.

I thought the comment about Baylor and TCU was pretty funny for aggy

Per Chip Brown:

"I was told this morning 50-50 on if Sumlin returns.

I was told the $20 mil buyout and the price of oil (only $37 per barrel) are the biggest factors.

John Sharp is concerned about paying off the stadium renovation. And if the big-money guys aren't good with the direction of the program, they won't spend."

Please aggies keep Sumlin and his 17-15 SEC record and a 11-13 SEC record for the last three years. I'd rather Sumlin stay as aggie coach than a Tom Herman or Larry Fedora.
