Yep, all those folks out there saying we can buy anyone we want need to get a reality grasp.... Money whipping while always an option isn't the only thing a smart and successful coach looks for.  Right now we are a mess with a temporary AD and BMD's interviewing OC's on the side

That is why any intelligent coach and agent demands guaranteed money in their contract.
