Wait, aren't we still being jackasses? I don't think I ever stopped and I am waaaaay beyond 18! However, 24 years ago I certainly never retweeted anything at halftime of my soccer games with my Sony Walkman with Def Leppard cassette tape.

It's abundantly clear that the entitlement that plagued our program, also in-turn plagued some of our fanbase. I'm not going to beat this dead horse any more. Building a program up from the rubble takes time. Kind of done with all of the fairweather fans.

Agree to some degree, but most of have expectations with our jobs that will get us fired with poor results. Yes, the kids are not professionals but the coaching staff is paid well as professional coaches. I like Strong and what he stands for, I hope the rest of the season is more positive or he might be out. It's not the loss that bugs me as much as the lackluster performance and lack of fight. Game planning seems to be limited. With that said, Blake I appreciate your positive responses and enjoy your input on the board. Tomorrow I will be glass half full guy...well probably not, that is not my personality!

Been watching this blowout from the start.  I have blamed players and coordinators in the past.  This team is not improving.  Same mental mistakes every week.  We are competitive against poor competition or mediocre teams.  

I have supported Charlie Strong since his arrival and drank the core value koolaid BUT the simple truth this team is poorly coached.  Mental mistakes, poor preparation, excuses, bad personnel decisions all of which falls on the head coach.  Charlie has made terrible decisions on his coaching staff and shows his inexperience as a Head Coach.

This is flat out embarrassing.  I dont buy this crap about 3-4 years of rebuilding.   Wait whats that, Michigan is #22 and winning with Jim Harbaugh in his first year after people talked about 3-4 years rebuilding there too.  Granted the teams they play are pretty mediocre but his team is prepared and executes.  I like CS as a person and he seems like a good guy but this is big boy football and getting blown out by good teams isnt cutting it.  

My guess is if CS gets blown out by OU hes out the following Tuesday.

Hate to say it, but I agree with DMAC on this one. Longhorns looked ill-prepared and unmotivated today against TCU. While I don't think we'll fire him mid-season, I don't think he sees a 3rd if we get blown out by OU and finish 4-8 or worse.

Strong is a good man. I admire his principles and values, but he ain't gettin' it done in a bottom line business.

This is the worst I've felt since the TCU game last year.

The OU game will be another blowout and will be followed by several more this season. Kansas and ISU are the only games left that this team can possibly win. Every other game looks like a blowout, not just a loss. I have never seen a UT team that is this bad and I'm 67 years old.
