So did I read correctly on a previous page that we have a commitment from Newsome. If so, is that official?

I asked the same thing. He hasn't announced that was just a hunch by another poster.

His last tweet I read was he was still undecided but would have it figured out tonight before announcing tomorrow.

Could it be that any BIG news tonight could weigh in his decision. Probably totally unrelated but it is coincidental to say the least.

Someone on another site pointed out that 'Lucci' is a Dallas area rapper and she's pointing out that she pointed everyone to his music. She's not talking about 'Liucci' who runs the Texags site.

Several weeks ago SHA said on this board that Murray was talking to Texas about playing both sports.

So while something may have precipitated Murray coming to Austin it has been in the works for a while. Mark has been on it.

Maybe he read what I wrote about Alabama's depth chart, then cancled?

Bama already has 7 committed 2015 DBs (including 2 five-star CBs).  They also took 3 in 2014 (again, including 2 five-star CBs).  In addition, Bama's depth chart shows the starters as a Jr (backed up by a soph and a Jr.) and a Soph (backed up by 5-star 2014 Tony Brown)
