is waiting for redemption in a bowl game.

Nothing worse than having to wait for a bowl game after a loss.  I hope we win regardless or the off season is going to be painfully long.

This is the first time the team has had a chance to exhale, in a long time.

I know as a competitor you want to get right back out there. However this team may need this break and subsequent extra practices more than ever.

During the season they are so limited in having to split focus on both the game plan and learning. Many on this team need to spend time looking at film on themselves. This gives them that time. Hopefully it will sink in and allow them to really "get it" for this final game.

I do hope we can pull out a win. Especially if it is against a SEC team.

Yea, Texas needs the time. I doubt the offense could do worse than it did vs tcu. Swoopes has been up and down all season. I am hoping him and OL have one of their UP games in the bowl so we can go into off season on a more upbeat tone

Agree with esch. . .

Think the time will be well spent. . .face it, we aren't a very good team. . . .

Mack made a huge problem over the years (and yes, one I discussed dating back to the very early 2000's) by under recruiting OLs.   It caught up to TEXAS this year as we had no depth once some dead wood was eliminated. . ..
