 i am now preparing arrangements to fly in upon Thanksgiving eve.  i am now hearing that hoards of fans are preparing to fly in from houston as well..​

I have my tickets but I will admit I wish we didn't play at home on Thanksgiving every year.

Gonna be there just like always, but do wish they would move this game to Friday or Saturday. I don't see the crowds being that good unless we get a marquee  match up.....Baylor, TCU, and Tech just don't cut it on Thanksgiving Day.

I wish I could as this all of a sudden looks like a good game. Texas has been playing their best football the past two weeks and TCU just came off of a poor performance against the Big 12 bottom dweller. TCU should still be the favorite but it looks like a game Texas could win. Sadly, I'll be in Chicago so I won't be able to go. I'll be watching though.

On Thanksgiving day my entire family at my house. It is a blessing. So I never make the game.

But we are all crowded around the TV at game time. We have been doing this for 30 years. Over time some have passed on. God bless them. They are sorely missed.

So, our Thanksgiving Lunch plans went in the crapper. Suggestions on where four can go and get a really good Thanksgiving Meal. One of us is in her late 70's and not to interested in standing in line for two hours.

Brandon gets first shot at anything we see. He's still trying to land his first one. We're giving up both turkey and Longhorns to do this. Wish it could be another weekend, but the landowner said I could hunt on this particular holiday so we're going.

will brandon be ok with this heinous activity mark?  brandon seemed like a very nice young adult... does he like to hunt these things or is that you influencing him... i'm sure that it's the latter.  maybe it's me.. but i just cannot see this shocking killing of these poor animals upon Thanksgiving.  horned frogs yes.. but these poor deer and antelope no!

Let me remind you, the steak, ribs, chicken and pork chops you eat come from a killing that is not nearly fair and proper as hunting deer. I'll also remind you that deer hunting controls the size of the deer population and prevents disease and starvation.
