The last time a sellout crowd watched the Red Raiders play football at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock was 2018.  The team they played against?  The Texas Longhorns.

Texas Tech fans will once again watch their team play in front of a sold-out crowd on Saturday as the Texas Longhorns come to town in the Big 12 opener for both schools.  Jones AT&T Stadium holds just over 60,000 and expect every seat to be filled when kickoff gets underway at 2:30 PM.

Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian makes his first trip to Lubbock, while Joey McGuire hosts the Longhorns in his in inaugural matchup as head coach in Lubbock.

Both programs look to improve their overall record to 3-1 and 1-0 in conference play with a win on Saturday.
