Texas RB Bijan Robinson met with the Texas media Monday morning to officially announce he would be foregoing his senior season and entering the 2023 NFL draft. Robinson also said he would not be playing in the Alamo Bowl against Washington.

Robinson will finish his Texas career with 3,410 rushing yards and 33 touchdowns. The Arizona native was one of the top running backs in the country in the 2020 recruiting class. Earlier this month, he became the 4th Texas player to win the Doak Walker award. Robinson is widely expected to be a first-round pick and would the first offensive selection for Texas in the first round since Vince Young in 2006.
