Proving that only the federal government can truly waste our time and money, Barry was sentenced to 2 yrs probation and 30 days of house arrest. Oh, forgot a whopping $4K fine. The Feds plan to argue the sentence be amended. They will insist he have no cable or Internet for those 30 days.
