UT1983
Will be interesting to see what Wyoming does the rest of the year. I am thinking they are not a bad team and will make some noise.

Surprised Sark wasn't losing his mind on the sideline. Yet the one where the Wyoming player mugged Sanders, who actually got a hand on the ball, without ever turning around draws no flag. tejasrulz
It wasn't pretty but maybe Wyoming, like Rice, was better than we thought? Texas is 3-0 and the teams we beat are 2-1. Earl Nobis Jefferson and Baron
Billybass
Yes and Rice wupped up on somebody yesterday. The talent is there. To maintain the momentum will be the hard thing. My expectations are high, anything short of Big 12 champs will be a disappointment. And sometimes expectations ruin what would have been a lot of fun. okiehorn
2nd half’s wins are something we have been without for it seems like a decade. I was there and yes the 1st 3 quarters were sloppy, game plan seemed to be not to attempt much over 5 yards but to be 3-0 and win games in the 2nd half is something I needed to see. The culture is changing, the environment in the stadium is changing, and the wins are racking up. Can bitch all we want as a fan base but this is a much better feeling and ride. Nothing is ever perfect, and Texas is far from perfect at this point. Coaches have lots to work on with this team, one thing for sure this is our most talented team since 09. Hopefully this was a wake up call. Baylor may get a fully aware Texas team next week. Bear19
Sirhornsalot
According to TFB, Wyoming came out in a defensive scheme they had not prepared for. Wyoming had never run it before. But Iowa State has run it against us for the last five years. And Rice ran it against us. Eastexhorn and DBut82

Well then, I guess this coaching staff needs to prepare this team on how attack to this defense, because I suspect all teams might try it. tejasrulz
Just watched the replay and I also noticed this last night in regard to how bad the crew that worked the game is. Did anyone else notice that with a little more than 2 to 2 1/2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, Wyoming had the ball 1st goal and their 8 yd line. The QB went back to pass, scrambled to his right and was chased out of bounds at the 10. The refs spotted the ball at the 8 again yet replay clearly showed him going out of bounds a little behind the 10-yard line. Sark and the refs were talking for a while so that would have given the replay team plenty of time to look at it but nothing happened. Did anyone else catch that? Does anyone know what the discussion with Sark and the crew was? BWilk55, longhorndon and hookemhorb

When it didn't change after the delay I was left SMH. In the end it didn't matter. tejasrulz and 63_Texas_1 1

That crew was the same ones that did the OkSt/Tex game last year. You know, 14 - 0 penalties called. They may be the worst crew in the entire country. hornag, Baron, tejasrulz and 1 other 3

They were so bad. That spot is baffling and I still don’t understand what they did. The pass interference penalty on Terrance Brooks was ridiculous. Worst part about big 12 refs is there is no flow to the games. Constant stoppage of the action for BS reviews that take forever and of course the terrible calls. Nobody from any of the schools likes the officiating. Commissioner should address this. It’s hurts the game. I think the deal is that where the ball is spotted is not reviewable unless it for a first down or something like that. Not sure. Equally bad though was the LHN announcing crew had no clue whatsoever what was going on. Really glad we don't have to watch any more football games on the LHN. Sorry, they are just not very good. lshorn79, Huskie1, dssl and 5 others 4 1

In between the 10 & 11 IMHO but that was bad and weird. In defense of the LHN guys, they did notice it and mention it but like the rest of us, weren't sure what happened. If not reviewable, it should be.
