I'm thinking the rating services are starting to fail us. Changing their criteria (On3 and 247) on recruit ratings is confusing a lot of fans. It almost seems like woke has infected the $9.95 industry.

Both tackles are3* along with TE & . punter. Livingstone is low 4*or 3.
