Do we know if the smoke is legit here? Or is it just "he wants to be closer to home, so Texas is in consideration along with SMU, TCU, etc"?

According to one guy I take time to listen to, communication has been taking place so apparently a table has been set and all he has to do is show up for dinner.

He was pretty good down the stretch for UGA. His speed would be a welcome addition.

FYI changed the thread title since the 18th has passed, even though apparently there may or may not be some 48 hour grace period.
