The batters need to go to the plate ready to swing. Ump is cold and calling a lot of "outside corners" that from the view of the TV look closer to the corner of the batter's box than the plate.

Fly balls aren't going anywhere today.  String together some singles and take your chances.

Faltine needs to chill. He never tried to get out of the way and it was a lazy curve ball. Just take the base and play.

He's been calling it both ways so my comment was regarding hitters from both sides.

I think that was caused by some earlier chirping from the Bama dugout to Faltine
