Site Membership Upgrades during Football Season

Recommended Posts

It feels GREAT to say that it is finally GAME WEEK!

#21 Texas will open their season against #23 Louisiana at 3:30 PM this Saturday at DKR (Game will be televised on FOX).  And with it, the Steve Sarkisian era officially begins in Austin.

It's an exciting time for Texas Football, and it's an exciting time for HornSports as a site as we are offering some different options to our members, guests and lurkers, only for the duration of football season to enhance your experience as a member in our community and on our site.

HornSports will always be FREE - we pay the bills through advertisements via the USA TODAY Sports Network.  But, we've had some folks reach out over the years with suggestions, ideas and thoughts about making the site ad-free, etc.

So we created some options - which are, dare we say CHEAP but allow you to support the site while getting an enhanced experience on the site.  These options will only be available through the duration of football season.

Plus Membership - $5.60 for the football season
Premium Membership - $20.21 for the football season

There will be no rebilling after the season is over.

There is no obligation for anyone to purchase/upgrade to a season membership if you like what you get in HornSports now!

If you choose to upgrade, we appreciate your support - it allows us to increase and enhance the services we provide our members.

Thanks again to ALL OF YOU for making our community a solid, respectful one.

So pay the fees or you can’t read the free information due to huge ads covering them up?  So the site isn’t free now

I think what you saw was a result of the HUDL video not being responsive and as a result it took over the entire page.
