This from Wiltfong:  The latest on Warren Roberson….The four-star safety is a verbal to TCU who over the weekend began trending for Texas while on a visit to Austin. And while he could still end up with the Longhorns, a couple sources Monday night said they could see Roberson ultimately sticking with the Horned Frogs as well.

I'm on 2 paid Longhorn boards. The value in being on them is so much more then the info they provide.  I am not sure while some think spending a 100 bucks a year is a such a big deal.  But hey to each their own.

I have only been on IT and OB for years. I had a 247 account but did not use it much. When Burton left 247 there was no reason to stay there. Chip is a dumb ass, Scooter girl is worse and Mike Roach used to be ok but he has become worthless due to being around the previous two dipshits too much.

If you guys want a laugh, Perroni's behind-the-scenes article for the aggy class says when Owens originally committed to Texas, he called Jimbo to commit to aggy, but Jimbo for some reason couldn't answer the phone.  He then said Owens was adamant about wanting to commit that day, so he called Texas and committed to them.

Third, if that is at all true, then I'm very happy he did not come to Texas.  That has the making of a kid that would bolt into the portal at the first sign of adversity.  Only want recruits that really want to be at Texas.

A highly prized recruit calls Jimbo and wants to commit.  Jimbo is not - for some reason - not available and he commits to a rival.  Once again Perroni is trying to spin dog sh*t into Ralph Lauren Romance (perfume). Don't be surprised to hear him say Jimbo was abducted by aliens and genetically altered to be the next greatest coach on the planet. What's even more amazing is Perroni's readers believe him. The quote attributed to P. T.  Barnum is very appropriate about Perroni's readers: "There's a sucker born every minute."
