Finally received and used my latest purchase yesterday. This golf bag really garnered a lot of positive attention out here in Hawaii.  Never knew how popular Texas was with the locals.  Hook'em thrown and said all day when they came close it.  I love having this thing.  Texas needs to recruit Hawaii more.

Of the 30 players that count towards the 2021 class, does anyone know who has enrolled and who hasn't? The UT website is of no help. 247 is showing players enrolled but they aren't on UT's roster per their website.

Guess we will have to wait for fall roster to come out. I have looked every where except ITS rosterwhich is behind pay wall.

I am making a roster chart of my own and will add names as I find them. Still belive recruiting will be a mess due to every one gaining a year of playing time.

Jake Smith is probably a delightful young adult. He probably has excellent grades. I've never heard anything but glowing things about him, as a person.

That said, I think his ceiling had been reached and for some reason, he was declining in performance. Frankly, I did not expect him to win a starting job this season.

I view this as a loss in that UT just lost a great young student athlete. I also view it as some additional room for someone who is more talented to come aboard.

I wish him the best and hope he gets things back to where they were.

Maybe so, but I thought Sark would find innovative ways to use him more in his offense. And Whittington seems to be injury prone. I hate to see Jake go, if he does. Smith did play hurt last year, too.

Jake Smith is a playmaker, he needs to catch the ball in space, or in stride and let him use his legs...unfortunately that was not Sam's strong suit, all JS seemed to get were curl routs, and routs where his back was to the DB, he wasn't built to take those kinds of hits...the kid was a former Gatorade POTY, we( coaching staff) squandered his talents at UT...not the first Gatorade POY we have chased away, anyone remember Jeff Brantley...
