I tuned in to the Heart of Dallas Bowl and the Cotton Bowl is virtually empty for this game between Utah and West Virginia.

The players must be experiencing a bit of deja vu stretching back to their high school days playing in front of maybe a couple thousand people.

Its pretty cold in DFW today with drizzle all day long. Combined with two teams nowhere close to DFW, you get a pitiful turnout.

The owner of the company I work for is an aggy alumnus. A '50's corps graduate no less. I walked into his office after the game and asked him if the defense had missed the plane when it left collie station. His reaction was priceless. Three plus years of smart ass comments from him and I finally got retribution.

Big 10 is 7-0 and worse they can finish is 7-1. That tells me that conference is strong.

Now you look at the CFP and you see no Big 10 rep there yet you see a team that didn't even play for their conference championship. Maybe winning the conference should be a prerequisite to being invited? Just a thought.
