Texas vs Lamar, I always think of Billy Bates sliding home, getting tagged out yet called safe and the Horns advancing to the CWS.

 

Before Billy's play, the poor RF'er for Lamar (Eddie something) started running to the Lamar dugout after only 2 outs. The fans, myself included, gave him so much crap the rest of the game until he tied it in the 8th or 9th. Afterwards when he took his position in RF, we applauded him which made him smile and acknowledge us.
