Bullard is kind of on an island between Jacksonville and Tyler. You don't offer a 2017 TE unless he's special, IMO. The QB that throws to him does indeed get the ball to him but I find myself in bodily gestures trying to help him throw the ball when watching clips. lol Maybe that speaks to how good the TE really is?
